PSP PREFERRED PET CLUB RULES & RESTRICTIONS

The PSP Preferred Pet Club is an exclusive program designed to reward the most loyal customers of Pet Supplies “Plus”.
Upon sign up customers will receive a PSP Preferred Pet Club card.  To receive rewards and benefits your Preferred Pet Club card should be presented to the store cashier each time you make a purchase at a Pet Supplies “Plus” store.  Purchases made without a card will not be credited towards your PSP Preferred Pet Club account.  In the event that you do not have your card, your card number may be accessed through your telephone number if you supplied us with your telephone number when you signed up for the PSP Preferred Pet Club.

The PSP Preferred Pet Club card remains the property of Pet Supplies “Plus” and may be revoked at any time.  Pet Supplies “Plus” reserves the right to terminate or modify the rules and restrictions of PSP Preferred Pet Club without prior notice.

FREE FOOD REWARD

• Customer must be a PSP Preferred Pet Club member to receive a free food reward.
• Only bagged dog and cat food manufactured by participating manufacturers are eligible.
• Canned pet food is excluded.
• Your PSP Preferred Pet Club card must be presented at time of purchase to receive credit.
• Customers must purchase the same size and brand of participating food (any flavor or variety) to get credit toward the free bag.
• Example: If five bags of 20# Science Diet Maintenance & five bags of 20# Science Diet Adult Lamb & Rice are purchased, customer will receive coupon for a free 20# bag of any variety manufactured by Science Diet.
• Example: if customer purchases nine 20# bags of Science Diet Adult and one 5# bag of Science Diet Adult, a coupon will not be issued until a tenth 20# bag is purchased.
• Only available on select size bags and brands.
• No receipts are necessary.
• Customer has 12 months from initial bag purchased to purchase ten bags to qualify.
• Once ten bags are purchased within the 12 month period, a Free Food Certificate will be mailed to the customer at the address provided to us when you sign up for the Preferred Pet Club.
• Free food bags are only redeemable at participating Pet Supplies “Plus” locations.
• A Free Food Certificate is redeemable for up to one year from date of certificate issue.
• Free Food Certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen.  The Free Food Certificates must be original and may not be copied.
• Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned food will be deducted from your Preferred Pet Club account.
• A bag of qualifying pet food that is obtained through the redemption of a Free Food Certificate is not counted towards your next free food reward.
• Free manufacturer couponed bags are not eligible for this program.
• The Free Food component of the Preferred Pet Club may be canceled or revoked at anytime without prior notice.

BIRTHDAY REWARD

• Customer’s who supply us with a birth date for their pet(s) will receive a special gift coupon during their pet’s birthday month.
• Three pets per household limit.
• This offer may be modified, canceled or revoked at anytime without prior notice.
• Restrictions will be printed on coupon.
• Only one card per household may be redeemed within any given month

PSP PREFERRED PET CLUB WEBSITE

• This website is intended for PSP Preferred Pet Club members only.
• User Name and Login password required.
• From time to time special offers and coupons will be available.  These offers may be limited.  See coupons and offers for restrictions.
• One coupon printout and redemption per household.
• Coupon redeemer must be a PSP Preferred Pet Club member and membership card is required for coupon redemption.
• Offers may be modified, canceled or revoked at anytime without prior notice.
